we are looking for a air ticketing executive to join our team in kolkata. in this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking tickets, providing excellent customer service, and handling air ticketing tasks.

key responsibilities:

- assist customers with booking flight tickets: you will be responsible for helping customers book their flights, providing them with options, and ensuring a smooth booking process.

- provide excellent customer service: you will need to have strong customer relationship skills to assist customers with any inquiries, changes, or issues they may encounter.

- handle air ticketing tasks: you will be responsible for managing ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy, and following company policies and procedures.
