Job Description

As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will be a key team member responsible for handling ticketing processes for customers. Your role will involve interacting with clients, providing them with valuable travel information, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Booking:** Assist customers in booking airline tickets based on their travel needs, ensuring accurate input of details and prompt confirmation.

- **Customer Support:** Provide information about flight schedules, fare options, and policies, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, cancellations, and client interactions to ensure compliance and streamline future bookings.

- **Payment Processing:** Handle payment transactions securely and accurately, providing customers with receipts and ensuring security protocols are followed.

- **Change Management:** Manage any changes or cancellations to existing itineraries, keeping customers informed and finding suitable alternatives.

- **Coordination with Airlines:** Liaise with airlines for updates on flight status, schedule changes, and promotions to keep customers informed and provide updated travel options.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, ensuring all bookings are accurate and customer needs are met. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and airline representatives. A basic understanding of ticketing systems and procedures is preferred, although training may be provided for beginners. Being organized and able to handle multiple bookings simultaneously is crucial. A friendly demeanor and willingness to assist customers will enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
