We are looking for a motivated Air Ticketing Executive to join our team in Durgapur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing flight bookings and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Booking Flights: You will handle air ticket reservations by using booking systems and ensuring that all flight details are accurate and confirmed.

- Customer Assistance: You will assist customers with inquiries regarding flight schedules, pricing, and cancellations, ensuring they receive all necessary information.

- Data Entry: You will enter booking information into the system correctly to maintain up-to-date records and assist in tracking transactions.

- Problem Resolution: You will address and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process, such as changes in flight schedules or customer requests.

- Collaboration: You will work closely with airlines and other travel partners to ensure optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction.
