As an Air Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in booking flights and processing ticketing requests. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Flight Booking:** Handle customer inquiries regarding flight availability and assist in booking tickets efficiently. This includes searching for the best routes and prices to meet customer needs.

- **Ticketing and Issuance:** Process ticketing requests and issue e-tickets. Ensure all ticket details are accurate and confirm bookings with customers promptly.

- **Customer Support:** Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving any issues regarding flight changes, cancellations, or refunds.

- **Documentation Management:** Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions. Ensure all documentation is filed properly for future reference.

- **Collaboration with Airlines:** Work closely with airline partners to stay updated on flight schedules, policies, and promotions to offer the best options to customers.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Basic knowledge of travel and airline operations is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and customer information.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
