Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling Air Ticket Booking:

- Booking Flight Tickets for Customers Using Airline Reservation Systems.

2. Managing Ground Operations:

- Coordinating with Ground Staff for Smooth Handling of Passengers and Luggage At the Airport.

3. Handling Air Freight and Cargo:

- Processing Air Freight Shipments and Coordinating with Cargo Handling Staff for Timely Delivery.

4. Providing Customer Support:

- Assisting Customers with Queries Related to Flights, Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds.

5. Ensuring Compliance:

- Adhering to Airline Policies and Regulations While Processing Ticket Bookings and Cargo Shipments.
