Key Responsibilities
Ticket Reservation & Booking
Book domestic and international flight tickets.
Assist customers in selecting suitable flights and fare options.
Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries.
Process ticket reservations through airline reservation systems.
Issue, reissue, and cancel airline tickets.
Handle ticket modifications and upgrades.
Passenger Assistance
Guide passengers regarding flight schedules.
Assist with seat selection and special meal requests.
Provide information about baggage allowance.
Explain airline policies regarding refunds and cancellations.
Assist passengers with travel insurance information.
Help elderly passengers and passengers requiring special assistance.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Airport Counter Operations
Assist passengers at airline ticket counters.
Verify passenger identity documents.
Coordinate with check-in staff.
Resolve ticketing-related issues before departure.
Process standby passengers.
Manage last-minute ticket changes.
Reservation Management
Update reservation records.
Confirm flight bookings.
Monitor waitlisted bookings.

Required Qualifications
