Key Responsibilities: 1. Air Ticketing & Reservations:
o Handle domestic and international flight bookings for MICE groups and corporate clients.
o Manage group fares, seat allocations, PNRs, and schedule changes. o Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as required using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
2. Coordination with Airlines:
o Liaise with airline representatives for group fare negotiations, blockings, and special requests.
o Monitor fare trends and secure the most cost-effective routing options. 3. Documentation & Reporting:
o Prepare and share ticketing reports, travel documents, and MIS for clients and internal teams.
o Ensure accuracy in invoicing, fare calculations, and adherence to company policies.
4. Client Interaction:o Work closely with the MICE operations team to understand client travel requirements.
o Communicate travel options, provide itinerary advice, and offer 24/7 support when required.
5. Compliance & SOPs:
o Ensure all bookings comply with travel policies, visa requirements, and destination regulations.
o Maintain updated records of all bookings, changes, and ticketing transactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications: €¢ Graduate in Travel & Tourism or related field. €¢ 2€“5 years of experience in air ticketing, preferably in MICE or corporate travel. €¢ Strong command over GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.). €¢ Excellent communication, multitasking, and client servicing skills. €¢ Knowledge of visa and travel document requirements is an added advantage.
