The ideal candidate should be proactive in helping clients book their flights efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Flight Booking: Assist customers in booking domestic and international flights according to their preferences and budgets, ensuring a smooth booking experience.- Ticket Issuance: Generate and issue electronic tickets using the airline's booking system, verifying all details to ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies.- Customer Support: Provide prompt and courteous support to customers before, during, and after ticketing, addressing their queries and concerns professionally.- Rescheduling and Cancellations: Handle requests for changes or cancellations, ensuring compliance with airline regulations and informing customers about relevant policies.- Payment Processing: Process payments for flight bookings, ensuring all transactions are secure and correctly documented.- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of all ticketing transactions, updates, and customer interactions to streamline future reference and audits.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
