*Position Overview:**
We are seeking energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented **ground staff** to manage a variety of tasks at the airport, including assisting passengers, handling baggage, and ensuring smooth ground operations. Ground staff play a crucial role in maintaining excellent service standards and efficient flight operations.
* Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
* Issue boarding passes, check luggage, and manage ticketing processes.
* Assist special passengers such as elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and people with disabilities.
* Handle passenger inquiries and flight-related information and resolve complaints professionally.
* Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
* Ensure compliance with airline and airport safety protocols and security regulations.

### **Eligibility Criteria:**
* **Educational Qualification:**
Minimum 10+2 (higher secondary) from a recognized board. Graduation is preferred.
* **Age Limit:**
Typically between **18 and 27 years** (may vary slightly depending on the airline).
* **Height & Physical Standards:**
Some airlines may have minimum height requirements (generally around 155 cm for females and 165 cm for males).
Should be physically fit with good eyesight and hearing.
* **Language Skills:**
