key responsibilities:

1. aircraft maintenance: responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of aircraft on the ground to ensure they are safe and ready for flight.

2. airline operations: supporting the smooth operations of the airline, including check-in, boarding, and handling of passengers and cargo.

3. airport operation: assisting in various airport operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring timely departures and arrivals.

4. aviation security: maintaining security protocols and ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft at all times.

5. hospitality: providing excellent customer service to passengers, helping with inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant experience for travelers.

6. cabin crew activities: supporting the cabin crew with tasks such as preparing the aircraft, assisting passengers, and ensuring their comfort during the flight.

7. ground staff activities: handling various ground duties, including baggage handling, aircraft marshaling, and assisting passengers as they board and disembark.
