key responsibilities

conduct pre-flight checks of emergency and safety equipment.

administer first aid and manage emergencies when necessary.
coordinate with pilots and ground staff regarding safety or security issues.

welcome passengers onboard and assist with seating and cabin orientation.
provide in-flight services, including meals, beverages, and duty-free sales.
assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly passengers, children, or passengers with disabilities.
handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.
maintain passenger comfort and ensure a positive in-flight experience.

monitor cabin inventory and report shortages or damages.
