-explaining policy features and coverage options to clients

-providing quotes for insurance policies and helping clients complete applications

-managing client accounts and paperwork, including renewals and claims

-maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and trends in insurance regulations and products

-building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service
