Urgent Requirement For Admission Counselor (Female Candidates Only)

We are looking for a dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team in Raipur. This role involves guiding potential students through the admission process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational paths.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counseling Prospective Students: Provide clear and accurate information to students seeking admission to various programs, helping them understand their options.

- Conducting Admission Interviews: Organize and conduct interviews with prospective students to determine their interests and suitability for various courses.

- Processing Applications: Oversee the application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted and facilitating smooth communication between students and the admissions office.

- Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of student interactions, applications, and admissions statistics to support departmental goals.

- Following Up with Applicants: Reach out to prospective students at various stages of their application process to offer assistance and encourage timely enrollment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in counseling or admissions roles. A completed 12th-grade education is necessary. We expect excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with students. Strong organizational abilities are vital for managing applications and maintaining records accurately. The candidate should also be detail-oriented and able to work independently while being a team player. Being approachable and empathetic will help create a supportive environment for potential students.
