An Education Counsellor is a professional individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support, and counseling.

> Good Communication - English, Hindi and Tamil

>Listening Skills, Empathy, Communication Skills & Convincing Power

>Need to do outbound calls & follow up calls on a daily basis.

>Counsel the students for various courses offered by the University/Institute

>Effectively manage the leads allocated & maintain the students follow up record using CRM

>Need to convert the leads into paid applications (weekly and monthly targets involved)

Required Candidate profile

* 0-2 years of experience ( Freshers can also apply )

* Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in any related field may be preferred

* Proven experience working with and speaking to young adults.
