**Student/Admission Counsellor - Arise Medical Academy | Saket, New Delhi**

Arise Medical Academy is looking for a confident and motivated **Student/Admission Counsellor** to join our team at our Saket centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle incoming admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

* Counsel students regarding FMGE courses, batches, fees and admission process.

* Follow up with new and existing leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with pending and interested students.

* Reconnect with old/pending leads and promote ongoing offers and new batches.

* Understand students' requirements and address their questions and objections.

* Maintain accurate lead and admission records in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.

* Coordinate with the academic and admission team regarding student requirements.

* Assist students with the admission and onboarding process.

* Achieve monthly admission/conversion targets.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent communication skills in **English and Hindi**.

* Good convincing and negotiation skills.

* Confident and comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Prior experience in **education sales/admission counselling** will be preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
