Manager Facilities and Admin

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Setup & Operations: Expertise in biometric systems, server room, and UPS room setup/operations, with additional ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) experience preferred.
Client Interaction: Confident in front-end customer interactions and discussions, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
Real Estate Experience: Proven background in managing real estate projects, office space planning, and infrastructure management.
Vendor Management: Extensive experience in vendor engagement, agreement execution, SLA formulation, KPI metric development, and performance evaluation.
Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with procurement teams to finalize BOQs, execute contracts, and ensure seamless vendor onboarding and management.
Regional Liaison: Coordinate with regional teams to maintain technical service standards, implement SOPs, and conduct cost-effective initiatives.
Automation & Innovation: Experience in automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Soft Services & Fleet Management: Oversee soft services, including housekeeping, security, transport, and fleet operations, ensuring smooth employee transport and cab rostering.
Invoice & Financial Management: Handle vendor invoicing, verification, and processing to ensure timely approvals and submissions.
Workspace Management: Oversee seat bookings, cafeteria services, and employee amenities, ensuring office upkeep and efficiency.
Cafeteria & Food Quality: Manage cafeteria operations, review vendor menus, and conduct food quality tests through authorized agencies.
Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Ensure efficient PPM schedules for critical assets and maintain comprehensive records for administrative oversight.
Compliance & Audit: Guarantee 100% legal and statutory compliance, support internal/external audits, and ensure safety standards are consistently met.
Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain and manage admin assets, stock levels, and process monthly indents/orders across offices.
