�� coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
�� supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance

�� qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
�� high school diploma; bsc/ba in office administration or relevant field is preferred
