Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Acquisitions

Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real

estate acquisitions, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping homeowners navigate

complex situations. This is a commission-only position with substantial earning potential, making

it perfect for someone who is eager to build a rewarding career based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential property acquisitions through various channels, including

direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market analysis,

property assessments, and financial evaluations.

Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for both

the homeowner and Caliber Trust.

Collaborate with our team of real estate professionals to develop acquisition strategies

that align with company goals.

Maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities, including lead tracking,

communication logs, and transaction documentation.

Stay informed on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real

estate transactions.

Provide regular reports to management on acquisition progress and pipeline

development.
