Job Description

About the Company

US based resource staffing service provider company, mainly into processing US

work permit Visa for those aspirant candidates and provides placements services

across different states in US. The candidates will be in the company payrolls and

work under different projects.

Core activities

a. Understanding of MSA / contract reading

b. Creation of vendor and employee records in Quick books

c. Validation of approved Time sheets received from consultants and input the

same in quick books.

d. Ensure proper controls are in place for timely receipt of timesheets.

e. Invoice raising / issuance to vendors as per the agreed timelines and

necessary follow-ups for the collections

f. Preparation of fortnightly reports and providing updates to the management.

g. Providing payroll inputs to payroll processing team
