🔍 We Are Hiring – Purchase Accounting & Tender Work (Railways)

📍 Location: Corporate Office, Patna

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage Purchase Accounting and Tender Work related to Indian Railways at our corporate office in Patna.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling purchase-related accounting entries, documentation, and compliance

• Preparing, submitting, and following up on Railway tenders (E-Tendering experience preferred)

• Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and Railway departments

• Maintaining proper financial records related to procurement

• Knowledge of GEM portal, IREPS, and tender documentation is a must

Required Skills & Experience:

✅ Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchase accounting and tender work (Railway sector preferred)

✅ Strong knowledge of Railway procurement procedures

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and e-tender portals

✅ Good communication and coordination skills.
