🔍 we are hiring – purchase accounting & tender work (railways)

📍 location: corporate office, patna

🏢 company: gandiv builders & engineers

we are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage purchase accounting and tender work related to indian railways at our corporate office in patna.

key responsibilities:

• handling purchase-related accounting entries, documentation, and compliance

• preparing, submitting, and following up on railway tenders (e-tendering experience preferred)

• coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and railway departments

• maintaining proper financial records related to procurement

• knowledge of gem portal, ireps, and tender documentation is a must

required skills & experience:

✅ minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in purchase accounting and tender work (railway sector preferred)

✅ strong knowledge of railway procurement procedures

✅ proficiency in ms excel, accounting software, and e-tender portals

✅ good communication and coordination skills.
