key responsibilities:

3. reconcile bank statements: regularly compare and reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy.
4. assist with payroll processing: help in calculating salaries, deductions, and other related payroll activities.
5. generate financial reports: prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements as needed.
6. assist with audits: support the auditing process by providing financial data and documentation as required.
