We are looking for an Accounts Administrator in Navi Mumbai with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will hold a degree and be ready to work full-time from our office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Maintaining Financial Records:** You will be responsible for keeping accurate financial records, which includes entering transactions into accounting software and filing documents properly.
- **Preparing Reports:** You will generate regular financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, to help management make informed decisions.
- **Managing Invoices and Payments:** You will ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely manner and monitor outstanding payments from clients.
- **Assisting with Reconciliations:** You will help reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- **Supporting Audits:** You will assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and information about financial activities.
