Accountant Cum Logistics Executive ( Male)

Job Title: Accountant cum Logistics Executive

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Chemical or Trading Industry)

Salary: 25k to 28k month

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

Manage daily accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Credit Notes)

Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash

Assist in monthly/annual closing and audits

Use Zoho Books or similar accounting software for data entry and reporting

Logistics:

Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery

Generate E-way bills, invoices, and delivery challans

Maintain records of shipments and inventory movement

Follow up on dispatches and track multiple consignments

Qualifications:

/ or equivalent

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Tally, and MS Excel

Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and logistics documentation

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to handle dispatch and inventory control independently
