Job Description

The Office Accountant will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and records in the office. This includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting.

Key responsibilities include reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial data, preparing payroll and tax documents, maintaining financial documentation, and coordinating with vendors and clients for payment processing.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance, with 1-5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software are essential. The candidate should also be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
