Hiring Accountant Executive For Punit Nagar Rajkot

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded and categorized in the accounting software.

- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage incoming and outgoing payments by processing invoices and ensuring timely collection from clients, while also making timely payments to vendors.

- Bank Reconciliation: Regularly perform bank reconciliations to verify that the records match bank statements, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports, summarizing revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance, to assist management in decision-making.

- Tax Preparation: Assist in tax preparation by gathering financial information and ensuring compliance with tax regulations, supporting the external auditor as necessary.
