WE ARE HIRING - ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Industry: Transport & Logistics / Pharmaceutical & Cold Chain Logistics

📍 Location: Rajpura, Punjab

💼 Experience: 1-3 Years Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and handle customer inquiries

Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams

Track shipments and provide timely client updates

Prepare quotations and maintain client records

Support billing, invoicing and documentation

Prepare reports and monitor service performance

Resolve client issues and ensure service quality

Support business development and client retention

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field preferred

Experience in client coordination, account management or logistics operations

Transport, pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics experience preferred

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Tally and billing knowledge will be an added advantage

Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and client accounts

Willing to work on-site in Rajpura, Punjab
