Location: Bengaluru - SG Palya (Lexingtontowers)

Experience: 0-3 Years

Salary:

- Experience < 2 Years: ₹4L Fixed + ₹2L Variable

- Experience 2+ Years: ₹5L Fixed + ₹1L Variable

- Top Performer: ₹6L Fixed + ₹2L Variable (with proof of incentives from the last 3 months)

Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective students and parents through consultative outbound calls.

- Conduct demo sessions and provide tailored counselling to meet student needs.

- Manage objections, negotiate prices, and achieve sales targets.

- Continuously upgrade your product knowledge and sales skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent communication in English and Hindi.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Keen interest in education and mentoring.

- Bachelor's or post-graduate degree.
