- conduct tele-counselling sessions with prospects and enroll them in executive courses.
- understand each candidate’s profile, professional background, and career aspirations for personalized recommendations.
- present program features and benefits in a persuasive and consultative manner.
- convert qualified leads into enrollments through structured sales and follow-up processes.
- maintain regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and messages for timely closures.
- achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets with high conversion ratios.
- maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress in the crm.
desired candidate profile
- bachelor’s degree in any specialization.
- strong communication skills with fluency in english (must have).
- ability to build rapport and handle participant needs effectively.
- strong persuasion, negotiation, spontaneity, and objection-handling skills.
- target-driven mindset suited for a fast-paced environment.
- high ownership, self-motivation, and result-oriented approach.
- knowledge of executive education and corporate training is an added advantage.
