One of our clients is into manufacturing. It is recently looking at the expansion of its current business into other line of business. It is a strategic decision done by the executive management. The first and important thing required to start a new business line is Manpower and Right manpower. We at JB Recruitment started searching the candidate through head hunting, references, social media and through recommendations and found Right candidate for the new business. That saves lots of time to the client and also helped it to settle in their new business as per the plan because of the Right Manpower. 2. At one of our clients there was an important position which has got vacant due to some ambiguity and due to this there were many important decisions and approvals pending. Many of our competitors tried to give the suitable candidates to the client but no one has succeeded for providing the perfect fit. Finally the requirement has come to us and with great expectations as we are known in the market for quick quality services. We understood the client’s requirement and the importance of the position. Searched the candidate through Head Hunting in a day time and next day line up the discussion with the client. As it was looking at a right candidate for a Finance position since 4 months but the entire client’s partners in recruitment could not provide the Right candidate. Client has got our reference from a leading MNC and has given us the requirement by complete trust. We worked hard and send 3 profiles on the same as per the requirement, as our consultant met client and understood the exact requirement and also she visited to the cross functional department to understand the profile.
