CNC Programmer:CNC Programmer/Sr. CNC Programmer Programming A CNC programmer writes code offline using Siemens UG NX to automate power driven machines that cut and finish metalsuch as lathes, grinders and mills. CNC Programming for geometry creation, toolpath generation and toolpath post processing for Turning (VTL & HTL), Milling (2, 3 & 5 axes) & Mill turn machines.Sample Job Description for a CNC Programmer: Creates instructions for machinists. Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints. Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut. Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program forFanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens Controls. Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests using Vericut. Prepares geometric layout of designs using Siemens UG NX. Determines sequence of operations in a program. Chooses cutting tools that will be needed. Analyzes job order and performs necessary calculations. Writes programs and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency. Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs. Makes improvements to set up times for a task and contouring of complex shapes. Simplifies tooling time for workers and increases productivity for the company. Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions and ensure they successfullyreduce time and money for the company. Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely andsuccessfully complete the task. Complies with all safety rules and regulations.

We are looking for a CNC operator and setter. Having a little knowledge about programming and offset will be appreciated.

- 3 Axis/ 4 Axis / 5 Axis / GROB operators required.- Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work pieceInput control instruction into the machine.- Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.-Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.- Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones- Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command fromcomputer servers to computer numerical control modules- Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production- Carryout maintenance measures to ensure good condition of machines- Change or replace switches and cylinders- Good knowledge of set-up and operation- Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometers- Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes- Have basic knowledge of production materials
