Looking For CNC Programmer

We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and an . certification. You will work full-time in the office, programming CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **CNC Programming**: Create and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure that all programs meet production standards for quality and accuracy.

2. **Machine Setup**: Set up CNC machines, including loading tools, placing materials, and calibrating equipment. Ensure machines are ready for production runs to minimize downtime.

3. **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process to detect any issues. Perform regular inspections of finished products to ensure they conform to specifications.

4. **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve any programming or mechanical issues that arise during machining. Work collaboratively with maintenance staff to ensure optimal machine performance.

5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including programming changes and quality assurance checks. Update documentation for process improvements and new projects.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of CNC machines and programming languages. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
