Application Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Application Engineer to support technical development in turning and milling operations, jig & fixture design, and manufacturing process optimization. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient machine programming, reduce cycle times, and maintain tool records.

Key Responsibilities:

�� Prepare and review turning & milling jig and fixture drawings and contribute to technical development.

�� Maintain and update master programs and tool history records.

�� Work on cycle time reduction initiatives to improve productivity.

�� Support machine shop manufacturing processes and ensure accuracy in production.

�� Develop and optimize software-based turning & milling programs.

�� Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure smooth implementation of engineering solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

🔹 Strong knowledge of turning & milling operations.

🔹 Experience in jig & fixture design and technical development.

🔹 Understanding of machine shop manufacturing processes.

🔹 Proficiency in software-based CNC programming.

🔹 Ability to maintain tool history records and master programs.
