Job Title: CNC Programmer

Location: Lal Kuan Ghaziabad

Salary - 35,000 to 40,000

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Experience: 2–8 Years (as required)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for VMC / HMC / CNC Lathe

Prepare programs using Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers

Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models & process sheets

Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters

Support CNC operators during machine setup and trial runs Reduce cycle time and improve productivity

Ensure component quality as per drawing and tolerance.

Troubleshoot machining issues and program errors

Maintain program documentation and revision control

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams

Skills & Requirements:

ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field

Strong knowledge of G & M codes

Experience in VMC, HMC, CNC Turning

Knowledge of GD&T and machining processes

Familiar with CAM software (Mastercam / NX / SolidCAM / Fusion 360 – preferred)

Ability to use measuring instruments and inspection methods

Problem-solving and analytical skills
