Client Management:o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.o Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable plans.o Regularly update clients with performance reports, insights, and optimization recommendations. Platform Management:o Ensure accurate and timely catalogue uploads, listings, and content enhancements across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Big Basket, etc.).o Monitor and optimize product discoverability, visibility, and sales. Campaign Execution:o Support planning and execution of keyword, sponsored ads, and display campaigns.o Track daily metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and flag anomalies. Internal Coordination:o Work closely with internal content, design, analytics, and tech teams to deliver campaigns and projects on time.o Manage project trackers, task lists, and timelines. Data & Reporting:o Maintain campaign trackers, weekly performance decks, and monthly business reviews with detailed analytics and insights.o Highlight key wins, learnings, and areas for improvement.
