Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and terms of credit card offerings.Assess the financial needs and eligibility of customers to recommend suitable credit card products.Process credit card applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the bank.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of credit card products and industry trends.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with cardholder concerns.Collaborate with team members and sales managers to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.Stay compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies.Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide information about products, answer questions, and offer recommendations.Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.Sales and Upselling: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences. Recommend and sell products that meet these needs. Upsell or cross-sell additional items to increase sales.Point of Sale (POS): Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process transactions, handle payments, issue receipts, and give change.Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and replenishing stock levels on the sales floor. Keep shelves, displays, and racks organized and well-maintained.Visual Merchandising: Participate in visual merchandising activities such as setting up displays, arranging products, and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.Loss Prevention: Help prevent theft and losses by maintaining awareness of security procedures, monitoring customer activity, and reporting any suspicious behavior.Returns and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policies.Customer Feedback: Gather and convey customer feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience and product selection.Store Opening and Closing: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the store is clean and orderly.
