Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and recommending innovative solutions to improve business processes and strategies.Responsibilities:Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and other documents to support proposed solutions.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.Participate in project planning, scoping, and management activities.Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.Define and document business requirements and user stories to support development and testing activities.Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Develop and deliver training and support materials to end-users.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is a plus.Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.We offer a competitive salary package and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off,
