We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as aReceptionist. As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays avital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidateshould have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and theability to multitask effectively. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing exceptionalcustomer service. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriatedepartment or individual. Provide accurate information about the store's products, services, andpromotions to customers. Assist customers with general inquiries, providing guidance and support asneeded. Handle customer complaints or issues, striving to resolve thempromptly and satisfactorily. Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments accurately.Assist in inventory management, including receiving and organizingmerchandise. Collaborate with other store staff to ensure smooth operations and seamlesscustomer experiences. Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and schedulingappointments.KEY SKILLS Preferable location- near Lower Parel Female Candidate preferred High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven work experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or ina similar role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers andcolleagues.Proficient with Microsoft office (word and excel). Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Maintenance of statutory registers, records, etc.3. Finance-related work and other statutory-related work.4. E-filing of various Roc forms.5. Preparing annual reports and returns of the organization.6. Drafting of agenda, notices, minutes for the board, general meetings, and organizing the saidmeetings.7. Preparation of statutory accounts, including necessary coordination with statutory auditors8. Manage compliances for shares through Registrar & Transfer Agents, reconciliation of sharecapitalExperience: 1 to 2 years
