Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership & Design:o Lead the technical design and implementation of complex software modules primarily in C/C++ and Golang for telecom applications, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.o Actively participate in architectural discussions, evaluate technical options, and contribute to decisions that shape the future of our telecom platforms.o Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical designs and guide the team through implementation. Software Development & Engineering:o Develop, test, and debug high-performance, low-latency code in both C/C++ and Golang for mission-critical telecom systems.o Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, focusing on quality and maintainability.o Integrate and optimize software components within a Linux environment, ensuring optimal resource utilization. Kubernetes & Cloud Native Operations:o Design and implement solutions leveraging Kubernetes for container orchestration, deployment, and lifecycle management of telecom applications.o Understand and apply cloud-native principles to optimize applications for deployment in containerized environments.o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kubernetes deployments, pods, services, and underlying infrastructure. Telecom Domain Application:o Apply a solid understanding of telecom protocols, standards (e.g., 5G, 4G, IMS, VoIP, SDN/NFV), and network architectures to ensure solutions meet industry requirements.o Address performance, reliability, and security challenges inherent in real-time telecom systems. Mentorship & Collaboration:o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and development.o Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery. Performance & Optimization:o Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in C/C++ and Golang applications and Linux environments.o Implement strategies for efficient resource utilization and system stability.

1. JD- Java Full Stack Developer:Key Responsibilities Develop microservices in Java or Go using OOP and SOLID principles. Create responsive UI components in React or Angular; integrate with REST/gRPC endpoints. Model data in RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis). Write unit/integration tests; participate in peer reviews. Support containerisation using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes clusters; participate in CI pipelines. Use Wireshark for debugging network issues during development and testing. Analyse and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security findings.Must-Have Skills 3+ yrs hands-on Java/Go and React/Angular. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes basics. Database design and NoSQL familiarity. Working knowledge of Git, cloud services, and network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark. Strong problem-solving within agile teams.Location- Gurgaon/BangaloreBudget- 10 LPA

2. JD- Software Tester:Key Responsibilities Build and maintain functional regression suites with Selenium, Cucumber, or Robot Framework. Design and run performance, load, and stress tests (JMeter/Gatling/Locust); analyse and report findings. Integrate automated tests into Jenkins/GitLab CI; enforce quality gates. Use Docker and Kubernetes to create and manage test environments. Perform network traffic capture and analysis with Wireshark to identify protocol-level issues during testing. Produce test plans, traceability matrices, and defect reports; drive bug triage. Promote shift-left testingpair with developers on unit/contract coverage. Monitor production metrics and refine test suites post-incident.Must-Have Skills Proven automation expertise (Selenium WebDriver, Robot, or Cucumber) and Python/Java/JS scripting. Solid performance-testing experience with tuning recommendations. Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in test environments. Proficiency in network debugging using Wireshark. Understanding of HTTP, WebSocket, and microservice architectures. Familiarity with test-management tools and Jira.
