The process is completely digital and requires no documentation, giving customers access to a wide range of the market's top no-cost EMI plans. You'll be working directly with the company's Telesales Offices, building key relationships and driving growth.What you'll do:- Partner with Callers, Team Leaders, and Branch Managers to foster strong relationships and influence business growth related to consumer durable EMIs.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration within the consumer durable financing segment.- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless support.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in consumer durable EMIs.What you'll bring:- Bachelor's degree.- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally with a focus on BFSI consumer durable EMIs.- Strong understanding of EMI and CD Loans.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively.- Willingness to travel.
