You will need to log each transaction properly.- **Assist Customers:** You will answer any questions customers may have regarding their payments and address any concerns politely and professionally.- **Report to Supervisors:** Regular updates on your collection progress will be required. You will report to your supervisor on a daily basis.- **Manage Cash Safely:** Handling cash is a big part of this job.
