**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Collect Payments:** You will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, ensuring transactions are handled accurately and promptly.

- **Maintain Records:** It’s important to keep detailed records of all collections and payments. You will need to log each transaction properly.

- **Assist Customers:** You will answer any questions customers may have regarding their payments and address any concerns politely and professionally.

- **Report to Supervisors:** Regular updates on your collection progress will be required. You will report to your supervisor on a daily basis.

- **Manage Cash Safely:** Handling cash is a big part of this job. You must ensure that all cash collected is secure and reported correctly.
