JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum Educational Qualification - 10+2 / Graduates. Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi. Good Written communication skills in English. Make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email. Follow communication scripts when handling Calls. Describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales. Has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well Build sustainable relationships and engage customers Flexibility with Rotational and Day Shifts (No Night shifts) Must be flexible to work timings. (Day shift only) A Good Team Player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
