job description:
· minimum educational qualification - 10+2 / graduates.
· excellent communication skills in english and hindi.
· good written communication skills in english.
· make designated number of outbound calls within the time allotted.
· handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
· follow communication “scripts” when handling calls.
· describe products to the customers and responds to queries and close sales.
· has to prepare the reports and maintain them as well
· build sustainable relationships and engage customers
· flexibility with rotational and day shifts (no night shifts)
· must be flexible to work timings. (day shift only)
· a good team player with desire to learn, perform and grow.
· basic knowledge of computer and microsoft office applications.

salary: inr 2,00,000– 3,50,000 . plus incentives as defined by respective business
