As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing employee-related processes and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The position is full-time and based in our office in Nellore. Key Responsibilities:- **Recruitment and Selection**: Assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with prospective candidates to ensure a smooth experience.- **Employee Onboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to succeed.- **Employee Records Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, managing data related to hiring, training, and performance evaluations.- **Performance Management Support**: Help administer employee performance reviews by collecting feedback and ensuring timely evaluations, supporting employee development and growth.- **HR Policy Implementation**: Assist in communicating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are aware of rules and regulations.- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, helping to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work culture.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and candidates effectively.- Basic understanding of HR functions and processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt.- Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, for documentation and data management.- Ability to work well in a team and independently, demonstrating good organizational skills.- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
