The ideal candidate will bring 15 - 20 years of proven expertise in business development, project acquisition, and client relationship management, preferably within the Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, QSR, Logistics, or Warehousing industries.This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive large-scale project development from concept to completion in a competitive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure new turnkey civil project opportunities across target industries.Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, developers, and industry partners.Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from identification, development, negotiations, to handover.Collaborate with internal teams for project feasibility, costing, and timely execution.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Represent the organization in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and project reports for management.QualificationsAny Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience15 - 20 years of relevant experience in business development, project acquisition, and client handling.Proven track record in identification, development, and handover of turnkey civil projects.Prior exposure to Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, QSR, Logistics, or Warehousing sectors is preferred.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong business development and project acquisition expertise.Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.Negotiation and deal-closing abilities.Deep understanding of turnkey civil projects.Strategic thinking, market analysis, and result-oriented approach.Ability to thrive in a multicultural and competitive environment.Industry TypeRetail / E-Commerce / Quick Commerce / QSR / Logistics / Warehousing
