Sr. Manager/ Manager (Human Resource & Administration)

To customize and facilitate end to end HR/IR/ADMIN functions at Plant

Recruitment and selections

HR automation and implementations

Capability and organisation culture building

In depth knowledge of HR best practises

Exposure of Dealing with Union

Personnel Management and Industrial Relation

Job requirement

MBA (HR) / MLW / Post Graduation in HR and IR.

Around 15-17 years related work experience as HR and IR in Manufacturing Plant.

Age 35 to 40 years

Gender Male / Female

Languages Known Hindi , English , Gujarati

Sound knowledge of HR and IR.

Exposer in Plant HR Profile

Salary CTC :

Rs. 14 to 16 lac per annum. Higher CTC can be considered for deserving candidates.

Manager position reports to GM - HR.

Based at Head Office, Ahmedabad.
