• mba (hr) / mlw / post graduation in hr and ir.

• around 15-17 years related work experience as hr and ir in manufacturing plant.

• age – 35 to 40 years

• gender – male / female

• languages known – hindi , english , gujarati

• sound knowledge of hr and ir.

• exposer in plant hr profile

salary ctc :

• rs. 14 to 16 lac per annum. higher ctc can be considered for deserving candidates.

• no compete, intellectual and industrial property rights and confidentiality of information and duty of confidentiality clauses are applicable while appointment.
