To audit physical inventory monthly and take strategic decisions on further actions7. To manage and recommend payouts to distributors in terms of Target Achievement3%, Cash and Carry 2 % Handhold and Nurture distributors and DSRs in terms of: Regular and refresher trainings Product Demos and SOPs Brand Placement Updating of POSM and POP Material of all offtake counters namelyPremium Car Care Detailers and Retailers.
