• To draw up the business plan Starting Jan to Dec 2026 in terms of primary & secondary billing

4. To formulate and design promotions schemes for distributors and retailers keeping in mind competition offerings and retails trends.
5. Forecasting quarter wise category volumes and SKU Numbers to give productions a fair idea for three month rolling forecast plan, following form plan, and 2 months tentative
6. To audit physical inventory monthly and take strategic decisions on further actions
7. To manage and recommend payouts to distributors in terms of Target Achievement

• Handhold and Nurture distributors and DSRs in terms of:
Regular and refresher trainings
Product Demos and SOPs
Brand Placement
• Updating of POSM and POP Material of all offtake counters namely
Premium Car Care Detailers and Retailers.
• Monitoring monthly performance viz targets communicated and formulation and communication of monthly targets culminating into quarterly, half yearly and yearly performance and business plan
• To conduct regular meeting and brainstorming sessions with distributors and DSRs
