Job description -Developing FSMS Manual, HACCP Manual, SOP Manual, Policies & other documents related to ISO.Validation & verification of CCP & OPRP.Performing Internal Audit on daily basis & determining gaps related to food safety.Preparing MIS Report.Providing Training related to GMP, GHP, GLP, Food safety, FSMS, 5-S, Customer Complaint awareness, SOPs, Policies etc.Customer Complaint Handling, performing root cause analysis & Preparing CAPA.Developing Quality related Checklists, Formats & Documents.Checking & Verification of all quality related documents.Performing backward & Forward Traceability periodically also conducting RNR periodically down the group.Ensure proper implantation & following of 5-S, Food safety, SOPs, GMP, GHP etc in Plant.Standardization & Calibration of all LAB chemicals & instruments.Guiding my team related to GLP, way of working, emergency situations, accidents, chemical analysis, documentation etc.Preparing stock solutions for chemical analysis purpose.Sampling & Testing of incoming RM (Maida, Palm Oil, Sugar, Salt, Butter,Ghee,ABC etc), PM (CBB, Laminate rolls, BOPP rolls, PET jar etc) & FG(Biscuits,Cakes Namkeen).Checking online quality Parameters of Biscuits & Cakes (gauge, moisture, colour, dimension, batter density, pH, weight, Packetquality, coding etc).Documentation of all reports, checklist, and format related to Quality Management system.
