Lead and manage the telesales team focused on acquiring new customers for Helpees elder care services.Own daily calling operations setting targets, monitoring call quality, conversions, and lead follow-ups.Develop scripts and processes for efficient pitching, objection handling, and lead nurturing.Train and coach team members regularly to improve performance and productivity.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and feedback loops.Track and report KPIs including lead-to-conversion ratios, call volumes, and team productivity.Handle escalations, guide complex calls, and ensure a consistently high-quality customer experience.Be hands-on when needed jump on calls, close leads, and set the pace for the team.
